We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic Healthcare Business Unit. As a key member of our sales team, you will provide administrative support to our sales professionals, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and driving business growth.

About the Role

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, databases, and spreadsheets to support sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve sales support processes.

Requirements

  • STEM-related degree, minimum 2i classification is essential.
  • Relevant experience in customer service and office environment.
  • Working knowledge of business process tools and Microsoft packages.
  • Experience of project planning (leading and contributing).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
  • Appreciates need for professional, corporate approach.
  • Adaptable and able to deal with wide variety of tasks.
  • Highly organized and structured with good attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive: driven to plan and prioritize workload.
  • Good communication skills - able to build relationships with a range of customers and colleagues.
