Priory Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospital Director to lead our rehabilitation and recovery unit.

About Our Unit:

Our 28-bed facility provides a supportive environment for men and women over 18, offering both structured rehabilitation units and self-contained apartments. We are committed to empowering our service users to develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive in the community.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of hospital operations, ensuring high-quality care and a positive patient experience.
  • Develop and implement operational plans that align with Priory Group's values and objectives, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Manage financial resources effectively, overseeing budgets, cost control measures, and revenue generation strategies.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional development among staff members.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including patients, families, referring professionals, and regulatory bodies.

Your Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience working at a senior level within a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar rehabilitation environment.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of success in operational management and financial planning.
  • Strong decision-making abilities, particularly in challenging situations, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
