About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Priory Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred support and care to individuals with mental health requirements, autism, and learning or physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals in a safe and stimulating environment
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals
