As the Lead Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing a state-of-the-art data warehouse and analytics function. Your expertise in building data warehouses and data lakes across multiple companies will be instrumental in managing the surge of data from AdTech and MarTech platforms.

This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with regulations such as LGPD/GDPR, reducing data silos, and supporting the company's exceptional user growth – with 1 million new sign-ups each month.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain robust data warehouse and data lake architectures utilizing platforms like Google BigQuery, AWS, and Azure.
  • Develop and manage ETL processes to guarantee data quality and consistency.
  • Optimize data storage and retrieval strategies.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, marketing, and analytics teams to facilitate data access and insights.

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Azure.
  • Minimum of five years of data engineering experience, particularly within marketing and advertising data.
  • Proven ability to integrate data from diverse sources, including APIs and transactional databases.
