Contract Manager

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of contracts and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain healthy and safety working conditions on sites.
- Work closely with the Contract Support team to ensure service levels are consistently high.
- Provide leadership and ensure the planned development of contracts to meet and exceed contractual commitments.
- Support the Helpdesk in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet with clients to establish steady lines of communication and attend monthly client meetings as required.
- Ensure business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within contracts.
- Provide Weekly Flash reports for each contract to the appropriate client and internal manager/s.
- Work with Senior Management to ensure the collaborative development of the business, effective team working, and support to colleagues.
- Responsible for Statutory & Code compliance of sites.
- Oversee PPM planning schedules for sites.
- Ensure PPM is carried out in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines and HVCA SFG20.
- Responsible for the return of PPM and work-related documentation.
- Risk Management.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
