About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced VP of Sales to lead our sales team and drive growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of scaling an early-stage SaaS company from under £5m ARR over a period of at least 3 years. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and developing effective sales strategies to increase new business sales
  • Building out and developing the current sales team
  • Setting up and maintaining an effective system to track key pipeline indicators
  • Driving a performance culture and implementing a sales process that works for our specific product and market
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of scaling an early-stage SaaS company from under £5m ARR over a period of at least 3 years
  • Experience in implementing qualification and sales frameworks to increase lead conversion
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to drive a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in building and retaining a sales team
