Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse to join our Critical Care Outreach team as a Critical Care Outreach Practitioner CNS. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide safe and effective care to acutely unwell patients across our site.
Main Duties
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to identify patients at risk of clinical deterioration and provide timely interventions.
- Respond to clinical emergencies and provide leadership in critical care situations.
- Teach and assess clinical skills in practice and lead on deteriorating patient quality improvement work across site.
- Audit patient outcomes and service delivery to introduce change for service improvement.
