Job Summary
The Graphic Designer will be a key member of the Punch Pubs & Co team, responsible for ensuring consistency across all artworks while working closely with Marketing Managers, agencies, and printers. This role will involve creating and inspiring new concepts for client projects using a wide range of graphic outputs from static to digital.
Key Responsibilities
- Design for both internal and external communications, including promotional and event collateral for print and web
- Translate briefs into variable design concepts across 2D and motion graphics
- Develop design exploration assets and mood boards for pitches or client presentations
- Produce HTML emails and artwork for company web pages
- Produce landing pages, videos, social posts, and supporting assets for marketing campaigns
- Produce artwork within existing design templates
- Cultivate a positive pub culture through all design and communication
- Identify and promote what makes individual pubs unique and relatable
- Bring creative ideas to the table and keep abreast of current design trends in an ever-changing digital world
- Proactively develop the online design portfolio, including idea generation and research
- Research and keep abreast of emerging design trends and practices
- Be an ambassador for both the business and brand
- Maintain good working knowledge of design trends and the latest skills required
- Work closely with the internal design team to execute ideas into creative outputs against key business KPI's
- Assist with print management and administration duties to get the best quality and value from external suppliers
- Cultivate good working relationships across the Punch Pubs & Co business
