Job Title: Academy HR Director

We are seeking an experienced Academy HR Director to join our team at Ultra Precision Control Systems. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

About the Role:

The Academy HR Director will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies that support the business goals and objectives of Ultra PCS. This includes providing guidance and support to employees, managers, and leaders to ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with business objectives
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and performance
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and success
  • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, managers, and leaders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and support business objectives
