Junior Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Finance Administrator to join our team at KHR - Recruitment Specialists. This is a full-time and permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort and categorize invoices for efficient processing
  • Verify invoices from suppliers to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Investigate the status of ordered items and update records accordingly
  • Record invoice details on our internal system
  • Communicate with suppliers, engineers, and office staff regarding invoice queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Place disputed invoices on hold to prevent payment until queries are resolved
  • Update invoice status to track progress and ensure timely processing
  • Chase invoice queries on a monthly basis
  • Respond to office and supplier inquiries related to invoices
  • Chase credits for returned items and record credits on our internal system
  • Update reports on returns, invoice queries, and credit chasing
  • Ensure invoices are processed promptly to avoid late payments
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using Excel and other financial software

The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong work ethic.
