Forward Role Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Asset Management to join our client's team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and pioneering the company's digital marketing strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
- Work closely with the Digital Lead to optimize current marketing strategies and continue the company's growth trajectory.
- Manage and maintain a constant hold over marketing channels and areas for improvement, working technically with external agencies and internal technical teams.
- Collaborate with the development team to modernize the brand's digital presence through data manipulation and increasing traffic conversion.
- Develop and maintain in-depth technical understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms.
- Manage agency relationships and work in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
**Requirements**
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on data analytics and technical understanding.
- Strong understanding of D2C and B2B marketing strategies.
- Experience working with ecommerce platforms and paid marketing channels.
- Excellent data analytical skills and ability to work with external agencies and internal technical teams.
- Strong agency management skills and ability to work in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
