Forward Role Recruitment is seeking a talented Digital Marketing professional to join our client's team as a key player in driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with the Digital Lead to optimize and develop marketing strategies, leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making and drive results.

As a Digital Marketing leader, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining a strong hold on marketing channels, identifying areas for improvement, and working with external agencies and internal technical teams to drive modernization and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage and maintain a strong hold on marketing channels, including website management and paid marketing channels
  • Work closely with the Digital Lead to optimize and develop marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal technical teams to drive modernization and growth
  • Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and drive results

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on data analytics
  • Excellent technical understanding, with experience working with external agencies and internal technical teams
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on driving results
