Job Summary:We are seeking a Data Analyst Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will work closely with our Head of IT to drive forward our ambition to improve data capture, storage, and analysis capabilities for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement development and modifications to ERP systems and processes to support specific business requirements
- Provide technical support to internal staff, advising on digital delivery requirements and increasing value add and new business opportunities
- Support unit, regression, and user acceptance testing, working with other Analysts on designing and operating data interfaces and APIs
- Provide general administration of software systems, user maintenance, roles, security, and responding to helpdesk requests
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- SAP ByDesign
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Excel / PowerBI
- Project Management
