Electrical Inspector

Salter Grange is partnering with a leading Engineering Contractor to recruit a QA/QC Electrical Inspector for a high-profile Data Centre Development project in London. The successful candidate will join a specialist team and be part of a well-established company known for its strong Preconstruction Engineering, Project Management capabilities, and smooth Project Delivery.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, Electrical trade or degree qualified, and a proven track record in the Data Centre industry. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing routine inspections of the quality of installations
• Snagging the installation on scheduled walkdowns and observations
• Critiquing installations to ensure a snag-free exercise
• Delivering First of a kind process and sign-off
• Documenting Control of Construction Drawings, Schedules, and Specifications
• QA Owner of allocated Turnover scope from construction completion through Testing, inspecting, and handover
• Participating in Quality Surveillance Programme
• Compiling turnover packs

Requirements include:

• Electrical trade qualified or degree qualified
• 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of electrical systems
