Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineering Mentor to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As an Apprenticeship Coach in the Engineering (Electronics Pathway), you will play a vital role in developing the next generation of engineering professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular reviews to track learner progress, ensuring they are on the right path while also ensuring adherence to Health & Safety and Equality & Diversity standards.
  • Guide and support apprentices as they develop their skills and knowledge in the engineering field.
  • Undertake the "Mapping" of the Diploma Level 2 PEO and Technical Certificate Level 3 and subsequent QCF qualifications where necessary.
  • Instruct, monitor, assess/verify and invigilate tests for Vocational qualifications in Engineering at level 2/3 where necessary.
  • Travel/working across a range of internal and customer sites, as a requirement of the role.

Requirements:

  • Essential experience of the Apprenticeship Coach - Electronics.
  • Experienced within an Electronics Engineering environment.
  • Qualifications for the Apprenticeship Coach - Electronics.
  • Cert Ed Level 3 or equivalent Adult Teaching Qualification.
  • Industry related qualifications such as Diplomas, BTECs minimum level 3.
