Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Apprenticeship Coach to join our team at Mane Contract Services. As an Electronics Apprenticeship Coach, you will play a vital role in developing the next generation of engineering professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular reviews to track learner progress and ensure adherence to Health & Safety and Equality & Diversity standards.
- Manage and administer all required documentation to support learners in achieving their qualifications.
- Invigilate tests to ensure that learners successfully complete all necessary components of their Engineering qualifications.
- Set and review progressive training objectives, mentor, assess, and verify Functional Skills / Vocational programmes with learners as per caseload and contractual requirements.
- Monitor student progress toward achievement and provide feedback where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Experience within an Electronics Engineering environment.
- Good understanding of work-based learning programmes.
- Experience in assessing Diploma/BTEC qualifications L2/L3 is desirable.
Qualifications:
- Cert Ed Level 3 or equivalent Adult Teaching Qualification.
- Industry related qualifications such as Diplomas, BTECs minimum level 3.
Security Clearance: Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to gain UK government security clearance. To achieve this, you must hold British or dual nationality.
