Job Summary:

Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Coach to join our team. As an Apprenticeship Coach, you will work with various multi-functional teams to visit learners within their workplace, delivering learning, coaching, and assessing to support them in achieving their apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality apprenticeship training and coaching to learners in a workplace setting.
  • Assess learner progress and provide feedback to support their development.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of apprenticeship programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners, employers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry-related qualification (minimum of level 3).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an appropriate industry environment.
  • Demonstrates a high level of organisational skills.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an Army/Defence environment.
  • Certificate in Assessing Vocational / Education & Training.
