Job Summary:

Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Apprenticeship Coach to join our team. As an Apprenticeship Coach, you will work with various multi-functional teams to visit learners within their workplace, delivering learning, coaching, and assessing to support them in achieving their apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver vocational training and coaching to apprentices in a vehicle engineering environment
  • Assess and evaluate apprentice progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
  • Work collaboratively with multi-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of apprenticeship programs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners, employers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry-related qualification (minimum of level 3)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an appropriate industry environment
  • Demonstrates a high level of organisational skills

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an Army/Defence environment
  • Certificate in Assessing Vocational / Education & Training
