Join our dedicated Complex Care Team as a Clinical Support Worker at Band 3. This permanent role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional care to children and young individuals in need of complex nursing support and ventilation within their home settings.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Deliver personal care and support with fluid and nutrition, often utilizing gastrostomy methods.
- Administer medications and provide specialized care, including tracheostomy management, suctioning, and catheterization.
We seek a proactive team player capable of working in a community environment, covering a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays. Flexibility in travel across designated areas is essential, as you will be expected to commute to various locations as part of your role.

Qualifications and Skills
Essential qualifications include:
- GCSEs in Mathematics and English Language (A-C/9-4) or equivalent functional skills.
- Completion of the Cavendish Care Certificate within the initial three months of employment.
- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or Clinical Healthcare Support, or equivalent experience.
