About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with our experienced teachers and therapists to provide high-quality support to our students. You'll help to create a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting social, emotional, and mental well-being. Your role will involve:

  • Assisting teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Providing one-to-one support to students with complex needs
  • Helping to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Supporting students with communication difficulties and challenging behaviors
