Transaction Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Transaction Manager to join our expanding sales team in a management role at Van Mossel Jacksons Jersey.

About the Role

The Transaction Manager position comes with an excellent remuneration package of up to £70k OTE and other benefits, including a generous relocation incentive, use of a company car, and tax benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive vehicle sales and profitability by managing financial services and insurance product sales.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations of F&I products to all customers, aiming to convert those not initially financing through the dealership.
  • Measure and manage Sales Executives' performance and skills.
  • Ensure accurate completion and processing of all finance documentation to meet legal standards and achieve prompt payments.
  • Maintain ongoing customer contact for repeat business and manage all finance payments and dealership records efficiently.
Requirements
  • Recent experience as a Transaction Manager/Sales Controller/Business Manager ideally with prestige brands.
  • Strong and effective communication skills and industry knowledge.
  • Be open to relocate to Jersey, Channel Islands.
