About the Role: We are seeking a senior associate to join our Corporate and Commercial team in Wimbledon, with a view to progression to partnership.

About the Team: The Corporate and Commercial team in Wimbledon is known for its expertise in corporate transactions, management, and business development. As a senior associate, you will be involved in a broad range of work and will have opportunities to develop your skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of high-quality legal services to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Corporate and Commercial team
- Pursue professional development opportunities to enhance skills and expertise
Requirements:
- Experience in corporate transactions, management, and business development
- Strong understanding of company law and commercial contracts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
