About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to support the educational journey of a child with special needs in a Reception class.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and be able to provide emotional, physical, and learning support to the pupil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the pupil's emotional, physical, and learning needs in a Reception class
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Foster positive relationships to help the pupil achieve their learning goals
  • Organize the learning environment and ensure adequate learning materials
  • Assist with behavior management programs and ensure pupil safety
