The Digital Recruitment Company is working with a global community of investment professionals to build an investment industry where investors' interests come first.

As a Marketing Campaigns Associate, you will oversee the execution and deployment of multichannel marketing campaigns. You will plan, execute, and report on global campaigns that drive brand awareness and engage and convert new and existing customers.
You will design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, email, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop compelling and creative content for campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing campaign management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
