About the Role

NHS Scotland is committed to delivering high-quality care services to its patients and clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home and Day Care Services Manager to join our team in the North of Scotland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to service users and acting as the Care Inspectorate Registered Manager. They will also be responsible for managing staff, budgets, and prioritizing work accordingly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with a minimum qualification of SVQ 4 Health and Social Care. They will also possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to service users
  • Act as the Care Inspectorate Registered Manager

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • SVQ 4 Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent leadership and management skills

  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks
