### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team at Meriden Media. As a key member of our Operational Teams, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll data, working closely with Contract Clients and colleagues across different locations.

### Key Responsibilities

* Process and manage payroll data, including holidays, SSP, SMP, expenses, and bonuses
* Manipulate spreadsheet data to run imports into our system
* Manage system settings for new starters and leavers
* Submit weekly payroll files and investigate/resolve pay queries in consultation with the Operations Team
* Provide general office support and excellent customer service

### Ideal Candidate

* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Highly motivated with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
* Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize workload
* Positive attitude and proactive approach
