Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join their busy service desk on a temporary basis. As a key member of the team, you will provide 1st/2nd line support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote access to clients
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware and software
  • Log calls accurately in a call logging system and escalate as necessary
  • Work independently on weekly assigned tasks and meet deadlines for new projects
  • Liaise with 2nd line and 3rd party support teams to resolve calls efficiently

Requirements:

  • Basic IT knowledge, including familiarity with operating systems, Microsoft Office, and printer configuration
  • Experience with call management software and service desk environments
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
