About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality Team Member Apprentice. As part of our dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create unforgettable dining experiences
  • Develop skills and knowledge in hospitality, including menu selection, ordering, and serving food and beverages
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining dining areas, ensuring tables are clean and properly set
  • Monitor and respond to guest needs, including refilling drinks and clearing empty dishes
  • Process guest payments accurately and efficiently
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Maths & English Level 2
  • Passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in the industry
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank/public holidays as required
