About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Administrator to join our team at Haven Holidays. As a key member of our Maintenance Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and prioritize work requests to ensure efficient allocation of resources
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Administer the maintenance process, including stock and asset management, to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Manage mobile device inventory and ensure accurate tracking of assets

Requirements
  • Highly competent in computer and IT systems
