Key Responsibilities- Financial Data Management: Assist in preparing financial information for the Financial Controller, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of income and expenditure, recording all transactions correctly.
- Invoice Management: Monitor and manage the in-house bespoke invoice system, including raising invoices and liaising with Franchisees to resolve issues.
- Payroll Support: Assist with the payroll process for the company's franchisee network.
- Data Management: Update and manage data within the SAGE 200 system with high accuracy.
- Client Records: Maintain client records and files, ensuring all data is accurately entered into the company's systems.
- Customer Service: Handle telephone queries efficiently, providing excellent customer service.
- Reporting: Prepare reports and management information as requested by the Financial Controller.
- Compliance: Learn and understand FCA compliance rules and regulations.
- Policy Management: Maintain policy and procedure manuals and handbooks.
- Team Support: Support fellow team members and departments to meet company/team goals.
- Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
- IT Skills: Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Database management, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Sage.
