Job Summary:

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced React Developer who is passionate about developing, leading, and managing others and has a desire to manage and develop people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain code quality and standards
  • Recruit and develop a strong team of developers
  • Contribute to sprint planning and reviews
  • Own the sizing process for all dev activity
  • Work with Test engineers and DevOps
  • Establish successful stakeholder relationships, managing expectations in delivery

About You:

We are looking for someone with extensive experience working within React Development, a passion for developing and leading others, and strong stakeholder management skills.
