We are seeking dedicated Pension Account Support Specialists who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to assist pension clients with their account inquiries.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive customer experience by addressing queries via phone and email, as well as performing necessary administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities as a Pension Account Support Specialist:
  • Handle incoming calls to address inquiries related to pension accounts.
  • Provide updates and relevant information regarding pension products, including valuations, transfer statuses, and account balances.
  • Identify potential complex issues or complaints and escalate them internally for prompt resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records in the client database with all pertinent information gathered during calls.

Qualifications for a Pension Account Support Specialist:
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a telephone-based role.
  • Strong mathematical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.

Work Schedule:
Full-time position with standard working hours.
