Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our London team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and hiring top talent for our clients, while developing your skills as a marketer and salesperson.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our experienced Sales Managers to create effective sales strategies and approaches to attract top candidates.
  • Network and develop new business opportunities with clients, including face-to-face, phone, and video conference interactions.
  • Advise clients on hiring strategies and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition.
  • Identify high-performing talent through a project-focused talent mapping process.
  • Headhunt through targeted cold calling to reach out to passive candidates.
  • Negotiate pay and salary benefits for candidates.
  • Manage and review applications, evaluate candidates, and assess their suitability for opportunities.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Goal-oriented and able to meet strict deadlines.
  • Independently motivated and a team player.
