About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Child Wellbeing Practitioners. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver guided self-help therapy and parenting interventions to children and young people
  • Work closely with families and carers to develop and implement personalized support plans
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service-wide initiatives to improve outcomes for children and young people
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Psychology or a related subject
  • Relevant professional experience in CYP Mental Health or Education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
