About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our established team at Omnes Healthcare Limited. As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by a diverse multi-skilled professional team, providing high-quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with our practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with our practices.
  • Work with a diverse multi-skilled professional team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Participate in and provide clinical supervision as required.
  • Participate in research within the practice, as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Current NMC Registration.
  • Experience of working in a Primary Care environment.
  • Commitment to patient care.
  • To adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and to be conversant with The Scope of Professional Practice and other NMC advisory papers.
  • To use evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high-quality clinically effective and cost-effective primary care.
