Early Years Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our team at a vibrant primary school in East London. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging activities to support the EYFS curriculum
  • Assess and record children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and guardians
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting social and emotional development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop educational materials and strategies
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Studies or a related field
  • Previous experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably in Early Years
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and assessment standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
