Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Medical Therapy Team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with complex medical conditions.

Key Duties
  • Develop and implement effective physiotherapy plans to promote patient independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care and provide expert advice and education.
  • Supervise and mentor Band 4/5 physiotherapists and students on clinical placements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services and policies.
  • Participate in on-call rota and provide emergency physiotherapy services as required.
Requirements
  • Postgraduate qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with the HCPC.
  • Experience of working with patients with complex medical conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
