Core Responsibilities
- Assist in Classroom Engagement: Collaborate with the lead educator to implement interactive lessons that address varied learning styles. Facilitate group work, discussions, and individual assignments.
- Provide Individualized Support: Work closely with students needing extra assistance, ensuring comprehension of essential concepts and enhancement of their literacy capabilities.
- Contribute to Lesson Development: Partner with teachers to design educational resources and materials that align with curriculum goals.
- Track Student Development: Aid in evaluating student performance through informal assessments and relay feedback to educators regarding specific student requirements.
- Promote Positive Classroom Dynamics: Cultivate a constructive classroom atmosphere by encouraging respectful behavior and collaboration among students.
Required Qualifications
- At least GCSEs in English (Grade C or above) or equivalent credentials; further studies in English or Education are advantageous.
- Experience with children or young adults is preferred but not mandatory; we encourage applications from passionate individuals eager to learn.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and spoken.
- Capability to work effectively within a team while also showing initiative.
- A sincere commitment to education and fostering student success.
