Job Title: Human Factors Senior Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Factors Senior Consultant to join our team at Assystem. As a key member of our Human and Organisational Factors team, you will play a crucial role in the continued growth and development of our business.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Human Factors, with a minimum of 7 years' experience in the application of Human Factors. You will have a proven track record of delivering Human Factors projects in the nuclear industry, and be able to lead and manage complex projects with confidence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage Human Factors projects in the nuclear industry, providing specialist support to clients.
  • Develop and implement Human Factors strategies and solutions to improve safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in Human Factors.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in the application of Human Factors.
  • At least 5 years' experience applying Human Factors skills and knowledge within the UK Nuclear Industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Human Factors, including Human Factors Integration, Human Reliability Assessment and substantiation.
  • Awareness of Regulated industries, including Safety Case principles.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and high level of IT proficiency.
