Role ResponsibilitiesThe Mission of the Role
We are in search of a seasoned Lead Quality Assurance Engineer specializing in Coating Inspection to uphold the utmost standards in our coating processes. Your future colleagues will depend on your knowledge to advance and refine quality protocols.
Serve as the authority on contract coating and painting methodologies.
Offer insights into diverse coating inspection technologies.
Incorporate the latest innovations in coating inspection into our operations.
Assess and enhance coating inspection methodologies.
Formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for coating inspection.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
Guide junior inspectors to comply with industry benchmarks.
Establish quality assurance measures for coated products.
QualificationsEssential Competencies
At least 5 years of experience in the Nuclear Industry.
Expertise in coating inspection methods, tools, and materials.
Possession of NACE, CSWIP, or BGAS Level III certifications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred Competencies
Experience with advanced coating inspection technologies such as PVD, CVD, or thermal spraying.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
Project management experience.
Proficiency in French or another language.
