Financial Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join our team at Financial Divisions. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Advisers in the Sutton office with end-to-end administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and sending letters of authority (LOAs) and letters of variation (LOVs)
  • Creating meeting packs and updating the internal CRM
  • Answering client queries and communicating with providers and stakeholders
  • Performing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth flow of the support function

About the Role:

This is a secure and rewarding role with an excellent benefits package. The Directors are looking to offer a basic salary of between £28k - £30k depending on experience levels.

As a Financial Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated Administration Manager who will monitor your progression and be your go-to-person. You will be based in the office during your induction and onboarding, with the option to work from home on occasion.

Our client is a financial advice business with a reputation for providing high levels of advice on pensions, investments, and retirement planning. The business has a team of 20+ staff, including 5 Advisers and a full team of admins and paraplanners.
