Procurement Specialist

Caddy Group Limited is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join their team in Dartford, Kent. As a key member of the Caddy Group team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a contact for suppliers, negotiating contracts, terms, and deadlines.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring continuity of supply and cost reduction.
- Identify and mitigate risks from the evolving procurement environment.
- Manage goods delivery, monitor stock levels, and maintain databases.
- Organize supplier audits and evaluations, ensuring suitable suppliers are on the approved register.
- Compile and maintain purchase records, supplier databases, and procurement contracts.
- Strong expertise in procurement and negotiation.
- Ability to analyze large data sets and produce reports.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and hardworking spirit.
- Strong office system skills, including Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
