Role Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Training Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer CITB HSE assessments as necessary (Training will be provided).
  • Collaborate with external training organizations, including Operator Skills Hub.
  • Perform tasks in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries.
  • Manage training documentation (both in-house and external).
  • Prepare weekly reports on training gaps.
  • Schedule medical appointments and verify operators' medical certifications.
  • Identify and communicate any medical concerns to the Occupational Health Nurse.
  • Ensure timely completion and documentation of risk assessments for personnel related to occupational health.

Additional Duties:
  • Oversee the PTS Sentinel System, including Primary and Sub Sponsors.
  • Distribute PTS sponsorship agreements.
  • Provide training materials, including all necessary rail documentation and logbooks.
  • Issue rail-specific personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Coordinate medical and drug & alcohol testing appointments.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as required.
  • Ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act (DPA), General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), and company policies regarding personal data management.

Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
