Cover Coordinator for Secondary Education

We are seeking a motivated and capable individual to take on the role of Cover Coordinator within the Secondary education sector. This position involves overseeing lessons for students in the Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 5 age groups. As a Cover Coordinator, your primary duty will be to manage classroom behavior and ensure the delivery of pre-prepared educational materials.

Maintaining student engagement is crucial, especially when the regular instructor is absent. Therefore, the Cover Coordinator must effectively capture the students' attention, keeping them focused on their tasks while fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
