To facilitate the ongoing expansion of the organization, IN2 Consult is currently seeking a meticulous Accounts Receivable Supervisor to become a vital part of their financial department.

This role requires a seasoned and proactive Lead Accounts Receivable Specialist to supervise and manage the accounts receivable functions. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in credit management, exceptional communication abilities, and the capacity to foster and maintain positive relationships with clients while effectively enforcing credit policies.
Responsibilities include overseeing the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring prompt collection of outstanding invoices.

  • Conduct comprehensive credit evaluations and determine the creditworthiness of both new and existing clients.
  • Establish, review, and manage credit limits based on thorough risk assessments and organizational guidelines.
  • Develop and enhance credit management procedures to streamline the collection process.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and devise effective collection strategies.
  • Maintain precise and detailed records of all credit management activities and client communications.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on accounts receivable status and overdue accounts to senior leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Mentor and support junior accounts receivable staff, providing guidance and training as necessary.
Required qualifications include proven experience as a Lead Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a comparable senior credit management position.

  • Comprehensive understanding of credit management processes and protocols.
  • Proficiency in credit management software and financial systems.
  • A degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CICM (Chartered Institute of Credit Management) are beneficial.
