Job Title: CCS Regional Channel Partner

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CCS Regional Channel Partner to lead our Chromatography Consumables Sales (CCS) business across the DACH region & North Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to the CCS business, driving growth and increasing market share.
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Partners to develop and execute business plans.
  • Craft and implement core business processes to ensure flawless customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with Leads for Product Management, Marketing, and Operations to drive business success.
  • Drive territory and product mix performance, implementing growth measures where needed.
  • Support dealers in developing and maintaining markets and customers.
  • Lead all aspects of sales forecast and delivery, working closely with regional teams.
  • Produce and deliver an Annual Sales Plan aligned with regional requirements.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Analytical Chemistry, Life Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in sophisticated commercial business or direct sales.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tools to determine and understand the market.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to build and maintain processes.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
