As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in executing our HR strategy, aligning with our business objectives and driving business results.

Your primary responsibilities will include partnering with our leadership teams to provide oversight in executing our HR strategy, identifying workforce gaps and risks, and developing data-driven people solutions. You will also be responsible for conducting investigations and supporting disciplinaries, as well as providing counsel and support to resolve interpersonal conflicts and employee relations issues.

In addition, you will work closely with our supervisors and managers to develop effective retention, performance management, and engagement strategies, and support our compensation program and performance evaluation process.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong generalist/business partner background, with a focus on talent management and transformation. You will also need to have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders.
