Your new company, a well-established property developer based in Deeside, is seeking an HR Assistant to provide administrative support to the wider HR team on a temporary basis.
Your Key Responsibilities- Ensure the onboarding of new starters into the HR system (iTrent) is completed in a timely manner and all information is accurate and ready for monthly/lunar payrolls.
- Handle leavers and transfer procedures, as well as flexible working/maternity/paternity requests efficiently.
- Assist line managers with communication to employees as required.
- Support with advertising vacancies and processing recruitment applications within the Group via the Applicant Tracking System (Harbour).
- Perform general administration duties within the Human Resources department, including handling telephone enquiries from regional management, employees, and outside agencies.
- Excellent administrative skills and proven experience within HR or a similar role.
- Strong I.T literacy and systems knowledge.
- Attention to detail.
- Great organisational skills.
- Flexibility.
- 25 days holiday per year.
- A supportive team.
- A Monday-Friday work week with some great flexibility regarding hours.
