TRS Staffing Solutions

Role: Maintenance Planner

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Maintenance Support Co-ordinator in controlling and delivering planned maintenance activities in accordance with HSE Policy and Procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Planning department to ensure Major and Asset integrity-related work and/or breakdown activities are prioritised, resourced and planned appropriately.
  • Develop shutdown schedules incorporating approved business forecasts, field development projects, and maintenance strategies.
  • Prepare plans for complex work, rotating equipment programs and routine outages.
  • Support day-to-day planning for Offshore and Onshore Planners and schedulers.
  • Liaise with the technical authority to optimize critical equipment maintenance.
  • Responsible for creating and integrating district and functional plans for IAP.
  • Coordinate and support the execution of major and non-routine maintenance and improvement jobs on the operations site.
  • Support preparation for minor plant shutdowns, including development of the scope of work, spares, resources, tools, etc.
  • Coordinate and support third-party business mobilisation and plans, working in collaboration with other departments.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with the use of SAP/MS Project/Primavera.
  • Extensive experience in planning and control of multi-disciplinary activities.
  • Extensive experience in engaging with external vendors and resources.
  • Appreciation of contract management requirements.
  • Previous experience in the upstream O&G industry with significant exposure to offshore and onshore projects.
  • Good working knowledge of software applications, such as MS Office, SAP, MS Project, and Primavera.
  • Deep knowledge of maintenance and project planning.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
