Your new company, a well-established property developer based in the UK, is seeking an HR Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis. As an HR Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the wider HR team, ensuring the smooth onboarding of new starters into the HR system, iTrent. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of onboarding processes for new starters.
- Handling leavers and transfer procedures, as well as flexible working, maternity, and paternity requests.
- Assisting line managers with communication to employees as required.
- Advertising vacancies and processing recruitment applications within the Group via the Applicant Tracking System (Harbour).
- Performing general administration duties within the Human Resources department, including handling telephone enquiries from regional management, employees, and outside agencies.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Excellent administrative skills and proven experience within HR or a similar role.
- Strong I.T literacy and systems knowledge.
- Attention to detail.
- Great organisational skills.
- Flexibility.
